Printing & Framing

 

WHAT TYPE OF GLASS DO YOU USE?

All framing options offered online have normal glass. If you would like to upgrade to non-reflective glass please contact us for a quote. For all International shipping orders, we will upgrade you to acrylic. Acrylic is more expensive but it's more sturdy and won't break in transit! Please note acrylic looks the same as glass.

 

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ART PRINT AND FRAME?

 If you require a custom print and frame size or you are interested in exploring different framing to what we offer online, please let us know. We would be happy to advise you on your framing specifications. All our orders are custom made so it is possible to crop, resize and in some instances change colours. 

 

CAN ALL YOUR PRINTS BE FRAMED?

Yes, all our prints can be framed! For ease, we have only suggested our preferred framing for some of our prints. However, all prints can be framed to your specifications.

 

DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL PRINTING AND FRAMING PARTNERS?

As we print and frame artwork globally, we have many printers and framers worldwide that can help facilitate our orders – saving on time and shipping costs! We currently have printing and framing partners in the USA, Europe, and China as well as the UK.

 

CAN I SEE HOW THE IMAGE WILL LOOK ON MY WALL?

Yes, we offer a free mock-up service! All you have to do is email us a picture of your wall along with the measurements and we can mockup the image(s) in your space and work out the required sizing. 

 

IF I GIVE YOU MY OWN ARTWORK TO FRAME, ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?

Our workshops have complete insurance coverage. Our team has extensive expertise in managing and transporting valuable artwork, ensuring that all pieces are treated with the utmost care and provided with white glove service.

 

CAN YOU ORGANISE THE INSTALLATION OF MY ARTWORK?

We can oversee and organise the installation of your artwork. We use an independent installation company who are highly qualified and experienced in handling valuable art.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept most major credit cards including American Express as well as online payments via PayPal. If you wish to pay via bank transfer or over the phone please contact us to arrange payment. Monday to Friday 10.00 am - 6.00 pm GMT.

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE FOR MY ORDER?

Please see our Shipping & Returns page for all queries and lead times regarding delivery.

 

DO SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY FOR FRAMED ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK, EVEN IF I PRINT AND FRAME LOCALLY?

We offer free UK & International shipping on all art prints. We currently only offer free UK shipping on all items. Shipping charges will apply for all framed items outside of the UK, even if we print and frame locally for you. 

For international orders request a shipping quote for the framed item(s) you are interested in or alternatively, once the order is placed we will confirm the packing and shipping charge. For more information click here

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All artworks are custom-made. For this reason, 55MAX does not issue any refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, and we will replace it. 

 

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will send out a replacement as quickly as possible. 

 

DO DUTIES & TAXES APPLY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Some purchases from customers outside the UK may be subject to duty in their own country. Any duties levied are the responsibility of the customer.

I’M AN ARTIST, HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WORK?

If you are an artist and would like to work with us, please send us your portfolio, a link to your Instagram or website. Our team of designers and curators are constantly reviewing artists’ work to add to our database. After reviewing, we will be in touch if we are interested.
